Tip 1  Colour Control When doing Gothic photography colours have major role to play , because there are certain colours that can emphasize the gothicness within the picture .It's not the colours you see in your day to day life , thus it's far beyond from reality and some where along side with fantasy , but not every Gothic art is fantasy there are many situations where reality it self giving the Goth effects , examples like , Misty mountain ranges , pinkish sun set , ...etc. but mostly the colours are grey/ash/black and plus any  saturated single colour like Purple,Red,Green,Blue ,  Tip 2 Location Next best factor would be a suitable location , not all of the places you see are look haunted but there are certain places that do , such as monuments, old buildings , abounded places ... etc. and even the place wasn't that gothy, you can make it by taking the shot in a artistic way such as focusing on a tree branch or capturing a window would give some ha...
