Dawn at the Lake front

Dawn at the Lake front Blue Misty Lake Lakes and reservoir are the next best thing after the sea, and in most lakes, lake front make the most beautiful place to sit back and enjoy the lake scenery, My advice would be to enjoy the sun set or sun dawn from the lake front and if the sky is not too cloudy you can enjoy a good view. For a photographer lakes are a fantastic place to harvest new ideas for a shoot, in most of the lakes you can find birds flying around and if the bushes are near there will always be animals as well. For me Its the Dawn and sunset which I always love to capture, this need bit of a dedication and a good gear as well but when considering the gear in these days even a smart phone has a good point and shot cam, My gear is canon 600 D and I used 18-55 mm default kit lens for most of these shoots and for some I used canon 18-135mm / Tamron 70-300 mm as well. Blue Banded Honey Bee

Blue Banded Honey Bee (  Amegilla cingulata )   Blue banded honey bees are also very similar to common yellow honey bee as in size and  other aspects but basic different is that  Blue-banded Bees are covered with golden hairs and abdomen is banded with pale blue bands on black. Blue banded bees can sting but they are very placid creatures, and will tolerate very close inspection. Attempting to catch or hold one could be another matter. Female blue banded bees build their nests underground, but males don’t build nests. They roost for the night clinging to plant stems, and are often observed sitting in a line along the same stem. Unlike honey bees, blue-banded bees are capable of hovering, which one would assume makes them easier to photograph. This couldn’t be further from the truth, and taking a clear photograph of a blue banded bee in flight is reason for celebration. The Common Blue-banded ...

Starting with Gothic Photography !

Gothic art was a style of Medieval art that developed in France out of Romanesque art in the mid-12th century, led by the concurrent development of Gothic architecture. It spread to all of Western Europe, but took over art more completely north of the Alps, never quite effacing more classical styles in Italy. In the late 14th century, the sophisticated court style of International Gothic developed, which continued to evolve until the late 15th century. In many areas, especially Germany, Late Gothic art continued well into the 16th century, before being subsumed into Renaissance art. Primary media in the Gothic period included sculpture, panel painting, stained glass, fresco and illuminated manuscripts. The easily recognisable shifts in architecture from Romanesque to Gothic, and Gothic to Renaissance styles, are typically used to define the periods in art in all media, although in many ways figurative art developed at a different pace. -wikipedia - Although G...
